I moved from CT three months ago. I called multiple times and even corporate called and most often I was not able to get a hold of somebody. When I was able to get a hold of somebody in regards to cancellation they said I had to have to go into the gym to cancel my membership this went on for 3 months. By the way it should be noted that I moved 7 hours away from the East Grandby gym. Pretty good size, no equipment out of order. Not too busy when I went. Ladies locker room was kind of a mess.
The staff is very friendly and some of the members.
