Great gym. Never super crowded. Always able to use the equipment I want to use. Clean, well-kept facilities.
Even in the world of standardized PF there are 2 types - the lifting types and the cardio types. This is a cardio gym...there are TONS of treadmills, ellipticals, rowers, ect. The dumbbells are in a tight and crowded corner and there is only the standard 4 of each from 5 - 75s. There are limited cable machines and none of the updated leg press, functional equipment (coming soon). The staff is friendly though and the place is clean so still pretty good. And they do have extra massage beds.
Long overdue for this review. I moved from Nor Cal to So Cal October 2024. I love this location because it is bigger than the other locations, have plenty of hydro massage chairs, very clean, and amazing staff! Thank you Jacob for always welcoming me when I walk in!
