Long overdue for this review. I moved from Nor Cal to So Cal October 2024. I love this location because it is bigger than the other locations, have plenty of hydro massage chairs, very clean, and amazing staff! Thank you Jacob for always welcoming me when I walk in! I love this place its clean fun and huge, thankfully its not crowded with posers!
music too loud today Friday July 17th 5pm. I can't hear my podcast. Music is not good either.
If you sign up here, pray that you never have to deal with the manager or try to cancel your membership. To be completely fair, the gym itself is nice and clean, and when I initially signed up, the staff was very welcoming. However, the manager at this Lake Forest location is absolutely horrible, unprofessional, and arrogant. I moved away and needed a closer gym, so I followed their policy and sent both an email and a physical letter to cancel my membership. Instead of processing it, they ignored it.
