Love the Woodhaven location. Gym is clean, staff is friendly, I canceled my other membership and kept this one. Also love the Total Body Enhancement!

Probably the best gym in downriver. The new hires are as cool as can be. Manager is professional as it gets. A++
Decent well priced gym. Very clean and friendly staff. I would just like to say, with the recent closure for the "updates" kind of a joke. No new equipment?!? Just new wall paper and equipment moved around. I went to the southgate location during the closure and I have to say, southgate has much better weight training equipment even a limited amount of free weights. I was hoping woodhaven would have done something like that but, nope... same old stuff. Very disappointing!
