The older gentlemen who works the morning is consistently in a poor mood and has ruined my experience at this gym. Please learn from your coworkers and work on your customer service.
So I just joined this gym and I am so pleased with the amount of service and great attitudes the staff has here. I usually come in at night and the young man that works at night is great he's very helpful
Good and clean place with nice people working there. The ones in Jacksonville always had rude employees and was dirty. This Austin one on west gate is great!
Exceptionally clean, temperature cool, staff is very friendly, very reasonable cost. Two years or so later; not sure about days but at night the temperature is uncomfortable, way to warm now. Attendants working lied about the fans only having one speed, when I've asked others to adjust the speed and they did. Night attendants lied about the AC temperature settings saying it can't be adjusted when other's have adjusted it. Not sure if why this is an issue or if the attendants are adjusting the temperature to thier own likings... read more
