Always clean. Wish they had the standard ab machines that all the other locations have. Also seemingly older massage chairs; no where near as good as the other versions you see at every other PF location. Edit* changed review to 5 stars because the staff is always that. Shout out to the tall foreign man that works nights. He is super nice and always staying busy! Hard to find workers like this nowadays and I think it should be recognized and appreciated.

Had a temporary suspension on my account, wich was addressed by Derek at the front Desk, not an issue to take my account off freeze, unfortunately after unfreezing my account, 10 minutes after signing I was approached about an energy drink I walked in with, if it was paid for , & it was needing to be removed, unfortunately it was forgotten at the front desk , & was made an issue about disposing it, the entire ordeal over the purchase & disposing of the drink was petty & extremely unprofessional & an attempt of embarrassing o... read more
