They have everything. You can go as often as you wish with your membership. You can work out by yourself or They have a trainer who teaches classes Monday through Friday. You can also have him separately for a small fee
Very clean, staff is nice. My only issue is it's too cold and it throws off you getting a good sweat. That my only complaint so far is it being too 🥶 cold.
