Love to workout but this place has discriminated against those who use foldable-locker friendly scooters to get to the gym since there is no parking. Without any shown policies in regards to it they will unexpectedly cancel your membership even after referring people throughout the summer. I had the simple expectation of being valued as a member but the mental health this place causes to members and the lack of transparency, has shown that this is not a safe place to workout in downtown Toronto. I have a very nice experience as a member. The environment is neat and clean. The staff is friendly, respectful, and always helpful. I usually visit in the evening hours, Josh, and the other staff members I know, always greets us warmly. The equipment is well maintained, and this is a testament to the hard work of the staff. Nice gym. It is open and spacious. It opens 24/7, so even the mall close early you can still get in through the side door. I was worry about my belongings because there is sign with 2 languages (English and Chinese) in the locker room warn about theft., never seen that before. All the equipment looks clean and in working condition. Park at the back garage if you come after 7pm
