⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Planet Fitness thanks to Tijawn. He is one of the kindest and most respectful staff members I’ve met. He’s always welcoming, greets everyone with a genuine smile, speaks politely, and is incredibly helpful whenever you need assistance. His positive attitude and excellent customer service really stand out and make the gym feel more welcoming. Planet Fitness is lucky to have someone like him on the team he truly deserves recognition and would make a great supervisor.

My session with the trainer Raj was excellent. I scheduled a meeting with him, and he adjusted the routine after identifying my weaknesses. Following his plan and advice on form, I am noticing clear progress. I recommend this gym 10/10.

Be careful coming to this location. I was publicly asked to leave for wearing Crocs, even though they technically cover your toes. What makes it frustrating is that I constantly see other members wearing slide-on shoes, inappropriate footwear, or improper attire without anyone saying a word. The rules here are enforced completely randomly, and the staff seems more interested in power trips than actually helping members feel welcome. It was an incredibly embarrassing experience.

I would say that I was a member at the gym for a long time many years, a couple years after joining I got a physical disability and chronic pain. I stopped using the gym. For years I didn’t realize that my card was being charged as I did at the time tell the front desk I wanted to cancel my membership.
