I was disappointed with the behavior of one of the staff members. She was rude and had a very unprofessional attitude, which made me feel unwelcome. Whenever we go there, she always shows the same attitude. We are not coming for free, we have paid for this membership and we expect to be treated with respect. I hope the management takes this seriously, as good customer service is very important.
Too crowded all the time. Very little machines. Place smells. I rather drive longer to go to another one in Mississauga.
This place are horrible unclean employees no manners, Aleah mohsin the needs training and how to deal with customers otherwise planet fitness will loose customers I am canceling because of those two people, I visit all other places and never experienced anything like this this is a second time I received unwelcome, I am done and we have 5 different membership all we are canceling
