This place are horrible unclean employees no manners, Aleah mohsin the needs training and how to deal with customers otherwise planet fitness will loose customers I am canceling because of those two people, I visit all other places and never experienced anything like this this is a second time I received unwelcome, I am done and we have 5 different membership all we are canceling

👎 😷 🪳 If I were to describe this particular location in one word it would be, “yuck” I’m very much ashamed of myself for coming here. It will be another 1.5 hours I will never ever get back. I heard, “it’s not that bad” lol it’s pretty bad Staff are fine just wish there was a policy for members to take a shower before training, this place is so crowded and horribly smelly, and what’s with people wearing so much cologne/perfume to mask the body odor?!!!!
