I dont know why some members think its okay to bully staff and get mad at them when they are doing thier job. All the staff members here are excellent in the service they provide. I do not know why Natalia is being targeted when she is one of the most professional and caring staff here at the establishment. Worst location!! The night shift employees provide such a bad customer service. The associate Natalia is super rude and has no sense of speaking with the customers. She will literally force you to cancel your membership rather than being nice.Never going back here and cancelling my membership.
Extremely impolite attitude from someone who works nights. They have no idea how to communicate with their clients. In particular, Natalie was pressuring us to terminate our membership simply because my friend had used the massage chair.
Location is perfect. Its 24/7 so its so convenient to come anytime. Staff is friendly. I see Joban, Natalia, rupam most of the time. They are too humble. Washroom are way way cleaner than other locations.
