I really enjoy working out at the gym in Woodbridge. While they don’t have all the same equipment as the location on Dixie and Dundas, they still have everything you need to get into great shape. The atmosphere is positive — people tend to mind their own business and stay focused on their workouts, which I like. The front desk staff are friendly, and the men’s locker room is nice and spacious. The gym itself feels roomy, and having a Walmart right next door is super convenient if you need to do some shopping afterward
I would put a 4 star but a worker Daniel helped me as a trainer figure out what I was missing for my program this gym needs more trainers like him
This gym is so clean and the staff is awesome. Michelle at the front desk is the best! 🙌🏼 I feel guilty when I miss a day! Lol
Love this gym. It’s clean, has great machines, and an awesome 30 min circuit training - perfect for mornings, and a water massage bed that is so relaxing! Daniel is an amazing trainer ♂️ he helped me with my form and the machines so I can reach my fitness goals this year! Highly recommend this gym.
