I joined this gym in January 2025. After about 6 months, I had to move to another part of the city and requested to cancel my membership. Absolutely unacceptable experience. This place feels like a complete scam. I set up auto-pay with my debit card and even added my credit card as a secondary payment, yet they still slapped me with a late fee claiming insufficient funds without even attempting the secondary payment method. What’s the point of having a backup option then? When I brought this up to the manager, they hid behind the excuse that it’s a “system-generated charge” and refused to refund it. Great gym. Although there is several aggressive talkers and immature people who are talking so loud its hard to hear your headphones. Id recommend the south location instead. They also had several fights with other people possibly racial in nature? Was shocked they didnt ban them yet for disturbing the peace.
