Facility is clean and well maintained, staff are super friendly and helpful! Great environment where everyone feels welcome.
Great gym with a reasonable price. There's always machines available and now there's even a water fountain which is a huge perk!
I joined this gym in January 2025. After about 6 months, I had to move to another part of the city and requested to cancel my membership. The staff member at the time suggested freezing my account for a few months instead, saying that if I decided to come back, I wouldn’t need to pay again. Absolutely unacceptable experience. This place feels like a complete scam. I set up auto-pay with my debit card and even added my credit card as a secondary payment, yet they still slapped me with a late fee claiming insufficient funds without even attempting the secondary payment method. What’s the point of having a backup option then? When I brought this up to the manager, they hid behind the excuse that it’s a “system-generated charge” and refused to refund it.
