Terrible gym! My 18 year old son and 16 year old daughter went to sign up for a gym membership and Liz (if this is her name as she continuously said her name very quietly but was able to speak loudly the rest of the conversation) who is supposedly the assistant manager was extremely rude & disrespectful to my two kids. Being charged multiples times on different cards and have left messages for almost a month as I have been un able to go in do to illness and they don’t answer. They just hit you cards with late fees. I will be reporting fraud here as they have not answered any emails or anything. The account isn’t event my name and I’ve been requesting they removed my card scam the Barrie manager is a scam
This gym is an excellent choice with affordable prices. The facilities are always clean, and the staff are consistently welcoming and supportive, especially the weekend crew who make you feel good for coming in. It's a positive and inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels respected. I’ve noticed some negative reviews that don’t reflect the reality of this place, those seem more like the work of racist trolls rather than genuine experiences.
