Very challenging and inconvenient to cancel a membership. Expect multiple attempts, frustration, and time spent for what should easily be done online. Unfortunately, it is 100% not an option. You'll repeatedly be told to visit "any PF location" and then that location will tell you to visit your home location. It's bonkers. This location has friendly staff and is always very clean. One of the better gyms I have gone to in a while
It's a smaller location than some places. But they've laid everything out perfectly so you don't feel like you're lacking equipment. The wait times for machines - I haven't had any during the times I go yet, and the staff area always keeping the place clean and restocked with the cleaning supplies. Not just affordable for the Black Card, but worth every penny.
The gym is always very clean, there are lots of machines, and I rarely have to wait to use one. It's a great price for what you get, and I really enjoy coming here. My only suggestion would be to please add a bottle filling station along with the water fountain.
