I stopped in at this PF to tan and was put in bed 6. When I went in and turned on the bed there was 11 bulbs burned out! In addition to most of the Bulbs being out, underneath the glass, I could see how filthy it was. There were dead bugs, dirt, and hairs all around the bulbs. The floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I was so disgusted that I took pictures and a video then I left immediately. Come to find out my daughter went in bed 7 and said she did not tan either because it was too filthy.
The staff was very kind and helpful
Nice place, very large and modern. Huge locker rooms with huge showers. Definitely not the cleanest planet fitness I've been to. Tanning room was pretty filthy. The stand up tanning bed bulbs were mostly black and on the ends, inside looks like staff has never cleaned this since they opened. Floor in room and tanning booth were filthy.
