I'm not sure what's going lately, 2 months with little to no A/C, 4 days now with no WIFI, TV's or POS systems. Constant toilet issues (which leaves one toilet for men's in the entire gym). In my 9 years of going to many planet fitnesses this one struggles the most with the very basics.
This place is disgusting. Tufts of fuzz and hair everywhere on the floors and in the air from the fans.
First of all, I bet that Karen threw a total fit when asked to leave the room, some crazy entitlement there. Anyway my travels have taken me to over 20 PF’s. This was amongst the most clean, had a great selection of gear, I used the same ol stuff I always use, but there was a great selection. Great clean showers and a nice greeting when I walked in, overall much better than average
Christopher and James are so awesome! Always so friendly and helpful! I always have great conversations with them and you can tell they really care about making sure everyone has a great gym experience! Great employees and just all around great people!
Everything was fine until you guys decided to move stuff. Now theirs NO SPACE to uses the mats without people stepping on you.
