Me and my family have been a long-time member at Planet Fitness Monroe, and this was one of the most disrespectful and humiliating experiences I’ve ever had. Nick told me I could use the red light therapy room. My wife and our family have been long-time members at Planet Fitness in Monroe, and what happened recently was completely unacceptable. Nick told my wife she could use the red light therapy room. Awesome hours for being open. Some locations 24/7 others 24/5. Very clean, many treadmills and equipment. Love all the TV's while on the treadmill. Also love the massage chairs and hydro massage.

I really like planet fitness. I gotta say, James that works the front desk is such a great guy! He’s always really nice and easy to talk to. He helps with anything we ask and his positivity makes mine and my girlfriends trip to the gym very pleasant. We appreciate you James!!!
