The facility itself is consistently immaculate and exceptionally well maintained, and the overwhelming majority of the staff conduct themselves with professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness toward members. My primary concern pertains to the men’s locker room, which is frequently unsanitary and appears to require substantially more rigorous maintenance and oversight. Clean and pleasant location. The one in Salem is gross
Not family friendly
When I first started going here last year, this place was fantastic! All of a sudden, one of my favorite employees left, and I think maybe he was holding the glue together! Black card machines are frequently broken now which feels like I'm being scammed out of the extra $10 a month I'm paying to use them, weight machines that need replacement parts sit idle for weeks, and concerns brought to staff (such as people working out barefoot) are met with apathy. I dont know where Ben went, but he should come back and get a raise 😆
