This gym is conveniently located and very clean. However, there are only a few smith machines and they are almost always taken. They should implement a queuing system to use them and enforce time limits.

I am afraid I can’t use this location because management cancels users who have harmless scooters without warning or without showing any policy or sign about it. This is promoting bad negative mental health to users who try to show loyalty to the gym and invite others to workout. In a place that is supposed to be judgement free, I feel unwelcomed if members are canceled like this. I want a friendlier kinder safe place to workout

I’ve been very disappointed with my experience at Planet Fitness. I cancelled my walk-in membership in person, but I was still charged from my bank account because of an online account I didn’t know was active. I only found out after asking staff, who finally informed me about the separate online account. It’s frustrating and confusing that Planet Fitness doesn’t clearly inform members that there are two separate accounts linked to the same payment method. Excuse me but not allowing someone with an eco friendly and building friendly scooter is one thing but banning someone for having one and questioning it is another, especially to someone that embraces the planet fitness lifestyle across Canada. This is crazy to cancel someone’s membership just for having an e-scooter. Please do better and be more inclusive and build towards a more united friendlier place and allow people to have questions.
