I was scammed and charged for 2 memberships although I applied for only one during spring time . I did not receive any return, although I was promised that I should receive it and that my case would be considered, but they simply began to ignore the email. No real attempt to resolve the situation. I do not recommend this network to anyone, in case of a problem, 99% of the time no one will help you, but they will simply pretend that they want to help. I got robbed two times in this gym, such a trash people there…
Poor customer service
Sooo generally, a pretty awesome place...staff is great, facilities are great - especially in the evening. Ive experienced some racism while working out here. Mainly south Asians being racist against white people - talking wide open in their language, talking about people who are present in the change room. I have an AI translator app and the discussion was fairly uphauling to say the least. I find tensions are at an all time high It isn't anything that the gym has to change/fix.
