I am completely disappointed with Planet Fitness of Landover Maryland. It has the worst service when it comes to missing items. On July 12, My car was stolen from their parking lot. They let in a person who doesn’t have an accurate identification into the gym. The man stole items from people’s lockers and mine. He stole my car keys. Planet fitness workers didn’t even claim responsibility for their part in the theft. The lockers are meant to be safe. Planet Fitness Headquarters needs to address this security issue quickly.
