I've decided to give this location 5 stars only because of 1 employee named Steven.His customer service skills,his friendly demeanor,and how he cares for the gym is in a class of his own.He warmly greets as you enter,will speak to you while you're there workout out,and will thank you for visiting as you exit.He also reracks the weights,picks up any litter left behind by members who doesn't have any gym etiquette,ensures that the lockeroom and shower areas are spotless,and makes sure that all of the cleaning stations are full... read more

always clean updated equipment 24 hours close to my home & chill staff *update* 2026 not sure if it’s new management but they’ve gone a little down hill, would be nice if women’s bathroom was kept cleaner , smelled fresher, had toilet tissue and showers were functional … some staff speaks and some just stare… we were doing good guys and i was proud of my precious landover, let’s tighten up PLEASE

I give this place 4 stars for the actual equipment, and only 1 star for the experience. This location is open 24 hours which means there's no true 'down' hours. That means no matter what time you show up, it reeks of 'having-recently-been-crowded'. Also, there are 100000000000 people in this gym at any given time. Planet Fitness' bottom line looks good. The experience working out there? Not so much.
