Facility is not bad but manager J is a very rude lady to members. I'm a black card member, called in to ask why my gym payment have not posted. She checked system, it shows I have a credit of $10 and some cents. Then she said, we tried posting on the 17th of December 2013, it did not go through, to which I responded nothing was posted because I checked and my account is flush with funds, plus other bills went through just fine. Darwin is ALWAYS professional, courteous and helpful. He is constantly walking the floor engaging customers. I would highly recommend him for a management position should he so desire.

I was a member here back in it was Bally's, joined in 1989. The Bally's closed down so I relocated to a few other places over the last few years. None of them compare to this place. The equipment is in excellent shape, state of the art Spin Bikes, with so many other extras. personnel seemed nice enough and there is a wide variety of memberships available and I think you'd be pleasantly surprised at the rates. Friendly staff, really a great bargain for the membership price ! Very nice facility ! My only knock against them is that I cannot understand why there is no scale for weight watching ! That should be a priority ! Ballys have 4 or five scales !

I generally love Planet Fitness. They have great hours and a great price. But not this one. It is filthy. Showers have mold in them and pink soap scum on the shower curtains. Showers get clogged with hair so that the water backs up and even though you tell the staff they don't clean them out until the water is going across the floor. I joined a few months after they opened in 2010, and I have never seen the lockers clean. There is so much dust in them you can't put your clothes in there.

Do you know how to get a decent workout? If you can hold your own in a fitness club, you can not do better than Planet Fitness in Manassas. For $10/month you get 54 pieces of cardio equipment, a very clean and well maintained gym, a large locker room, and free pizza once a month. It's perfect for those of us who know our quads from our triceps and just want to maintain what God gave us. For my time and money, it's the only place to workout!

This place was recommended by my sister and I was glad that I listened to her this time. This place will make you focus to achieve what you are looking for.

horrible customer service....they hide hidden fees and do not make you aware of fees being withdrawln form your account....when I found out about fees they refused to refund my money when I asked to cancel my accounts and told me now one else is causing them this much trouble ........go back to customer service 101....buyer beware!!!!!
