Not always open at 4am. They can't keep anyone reliable. Im ready to cancel
Employees at the desk keep stopping members on their way in to harass them about adding a back up payment method to their account. Stop. It's very annoying. Harassing people about this on their way into the facility is not the way to handle something that doesn't even matter, but could have been an e-mail even if it did.
