Over ran with kids. Benches are used for hangout spots and being held for the next friend. Half a floor of under cardio equipment and not enough free weights for those who want to actually work out.

Staff here are friendly but I hate that on the weekends the gym closes at 9 with my work schedule this makes it really hard to get a workout in.

I've been hear off and on for a few years. I go late overnight mostly or very early mornings. There were 2 employees, I can't remember the names but they are African Americans and very pleasant to be around. Anyway, as I was on the stair climb with a higher view of the place i can see them cleaning, dusting, mopping the treadmill, and whatever else is needed. Cleaning more than I expected. Very clean and maintained location, bathrooms & showers are very clean and there’s plenty of truck parking at the front of the complex. We slept here overnight and we weren’t bothered by anyone
