Short story short... Worst experience with customer service PERIOD. I CANCELED my membership before December. I have not even used their gym and went to talk to them last Friday when my wife went to canceled her membership since she rarely uses it and they stated that my membership was frozen not canceled. Then I explained that I had wanted it canceled last year which they didn't. Supposedly we canceled it last Friday for "sure" and then boom this morning they charged me $25 plus another $20 for late fee. Scammers.
