I am 74 years old & have always hated exercise. My belated husband came here often with my adult daughter Viv, & sometimes they would convince me to go because it was good for me. He went home to be with the Lord in Dec. 2017. Ironically, he was at Planet Fitness at the time. He had inherited a physical ailment from his dad that took his life.
