Excellent service, professional advice and they had the bike that I wanted in stock so no wait.
Disappointed... Order products online. Wait three weeks and no shipping updates, contact company for update as funds are being held by them the whole time. They explained the product is out of stock but couldnt eplain why they didn't inform me or why they hadn't refunded funds.
I had a wonderful experience with Steve and Deb. As someone who doesn't know a lot about bikes and felt a bit intimidated by the process I'm very glad I came to planet cycles. They were both super helpful, Steve with helping me find a bike within my budget and my daily commute ride requirements and Deb with a helmet. I would absolutely recommend Planet Cycles and I very much look forward to riding my new bike to work on Monday. Thank you to both of them for making the experience super positive and informative.
