They give decent service overall but are let down in my opinion by high prices of parts and accessories. For example, I purchased a basic bicycle steering stem unit from them for $70. Only to then discover superior, fully adjustable ones were available from Amazon for $40 and Temu for $27. When I attempted to return the first rather expensive stem to them they declined, saying it was "used" even though it was very new and in perfect condition.
