Wow Specialized have really got on board now with customer service at Planet Cycles. I bought a new Tarmac, changed a few parts and wasn’t charged extra for it! They took the measurements of my existing bike and had the new one set up the same. So when I picked her up she fitted perfectly! Their staff turn over has settled down too. Will be going back there again from now on. as they really went above and beyond for me. Big thanks to Jordan, Steve, Harvey, Joe and Murray!!!
Planet Cycles are the best. I’ve been cycling for years and they are one of the last old school bike shops left in Brisbane. They know their stuff, have awesome gear and are always super helpful and friendly. Highly recommended and mechanics are great too.

What a great bike shop, staffed with lovely down to earth people that are keen to help. Steven did a great job identifying the right bike for me from the Specialized line, a good bike fit and awesome customer service in general. Well done Planet Cycles!
