Went in to get my hat brim reshaped. They did an excellent job, were really nice, and didn't even charge me! Definitely recommend checking them out! 5-star service all the way.
I was fed a line of bs about some hand painted Liberty boots they had. They told me they were offered 12k by a famous musician but turned it down. I offered 7k and they accepted. Turns out they were never more than 2k. They stuck it to me for an extra 5k. Don’t believe the sales pitch and do research before you buy. Learned my lesson the hard way. Planet Cowboy on 12th South is such a fun and unique Nashville shop. The selection of boots, hats, and Western-inspired pieces feels stylish, artistic, and full of personality without being overly touristy. The store itself has so much character, and the staff made the experience welcoming and enjoyable. It is the perfect place to find something memorable that captures the creative spirit of Nashville. Definitely worth stopping in while exploring 12th South.

The service was wonderful. Kristin was helpful finding the right fit. This was the first time purchasing real (handmade, high-quality) boots, so finding the right fit was half the battle. Then came the sticker shock, which isn't the problem at all. Once I wrapped my head around the fact that something so high quality was going to come with a high price tag, I accepted what they'd cost.
