The customer service was exceptional. I enquired about Black Jack’s boots shaft circumference and got a response with measurements the next day. They offered to stretch the shaft if I needed to and cover the shipping costs. A personalised note and packaging were all too great! I absolutely love my new boots! It was super difficult to find roughout Black Jacks for women, I’m so glad I came across this shop and that they had it in stock. Definitely recommend and I’ll be back for more boots. ❤
