We visited the Nashville location to get our hats customised. The service was so much fun and detailed and we are both elated with our new hats with some special snakeskin and branding. Tania, Liv & Karina were amazing. We’ll be back!
Absolutely love this store!! Went in for the first time this weekend and can’t recommend it enough. Made a hat with my boyfriend and Tonya helped us. She was amazing- such a big help and made our experience wonderful!! Will be coming back to make more hats and buy some boots.
I wanted to purchase my first (and probably only) pair of cowboy boots in Nashville, and Planet Cowboy delivered. I visited at least 5 other boot stores and I only received hands-on support at Planet Cowboy. Angela was wonderful and answered all my questions to help me find the perfect pair. I spent more than I may have elsewhere, but didn't find any that I really loved. And, I have a pair of high quality boots that will last forever. Love my boots!!!
I absolutely love this place! Tanya & Liv are phenomenal. I was greeted upon entry with smiles and positivity. I ended up purchasing a pair of very high quality boots, along with a black hat to match. I highly recommend this spot 👌🏻 Thanks so much!
We went today for the hat bar. We added two extra people last minute and they were very accommodating. The service was great and we had the best time shopping!
