The worst salon by far. I made an appointment last week for today. I tried giving the salon many many calls. But I never received a call back or anything. That is so messed up! There service was terrible. My family nor my community will be coming here again. To the response for the owner: I have text messages to prove you told me the salon was closed. I love my color - never fades to red/brass, stays a nice ash. And Brazilian Blowouts last up to 3 months. They give you exactly what you ask for.
Visiting Massachusetts, and had the best Brazilian blow out of my life with Eric. (I’ve done 15+ treatments and his was the very best). He is expert/ very knowledgeable and has been trained with BB since its inception. Trimmed my hair and it looks great, I’ll definitely be back when I visit got a hair cut. He is in Boston on Wednesdays in the North End and does a new client BB promotion which is at an insane discount.
Beware of this salon. I’ve gone back and forth for a long time about writing this review, but ultimately I feel that a business should be accountable for the services it provides. I had recently spent a small fortune having my hair professionally colored, and I was extremely happy with how it looked.
