Truly the best coffee shop in Ottawa and beyond. I’ve been going there for 20 years and the drinks, food, and especially the soup and baked goods are outstanding. Everyone is friendly and I’ve always had good service.

Unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing. The service was poor and inattentive and my order was prepared incorrectly. What concerned me even more was the condition of the outdoor seating, several chairs and tables were broken and unstable and my table nearly tipped over and spilled my hot coffee. Dear management, you should provide not only a good service but also a safe and comfortable place for customers.
Our favourite coffee spot whilst visiting from Australia!! And we will continue to visit everyday until we leave 🫶🏼 Gorgeous location, super friendly/welcoming staff and most importantly GREAT coffee!! Thanks for having us Planet Coffee! 💚💛🦘🇦🇺
