Do not buy into their warranties and probably don’t buy a car here. Tried canceling our extended warranty in May, it’s now September… the warranty company sent the check early June to the dealership. Was told by upper management that they cut a check and sent it out, haven’t gotten it nor has the bank. Mind you that’s after having to show up 3 or 4 times at the dealership to even get a single answer (90 miles one way for me). Left messages with everyone I could, no call back or text. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. The sales manager was aggressive and even yelled during my visit, making the whole experience uncomfortable and stressful. This is not the place you want to buy a car. Save yourself the headache and buy in Phoenix or from any other dealer—anywhere has to be better than here.
