I was happy with the service during my first few visits. However, over time, I noticed that when the office became very busy and there were many patients waiting, I did not feel that I was receiving the proper attention and care. I understand that a busy schedule can be difficult, but taking on too many appointments and then rushing through each treatment can make patients feel that they are not receiving the care they deserve.
