Rude and horrible customer service! I received a gift certificate for what was supposed to be a massage (my mom had a nice experience so she bought me and my husband gift certificates). After two canceled appointments on their end and 2 unreturned phone calls, I finally was able to leave Chi a message after being told they no longer do massages. Excellent service - talented stylists – I have been a customer at Planet Chi for ten years. I arrived there in search of someone who could cut my long, curly hair and not leave me looking like Roseanne Roseannadanna ( a throw-back Saturday Night Live reference). Daniel is nothing short of amazing. I am still complimented on my hair, and I never fail to give credit to the man who knows how to cut it. Chi's talents with color are also awesome... I'm never disappointed in leaving the shop.
You will be totally Destressed – This was absolutely amazing. I have never had a massage experience like this before. I highly recommend this spa.Many extras to add. Add the aroma therapy experience with your massage.Beautifully decorated in a relaxing atmosphere. Go and experience it for yourself!
