Better than most places I've tried, but not super great. There rear window, and mirrors are still dirty every time, despite having the highest tier subscription, and it never dries very well, leaving water spots if I don't park and dry it myself. But because it's close by and does a better job than anything else nearby, I just live with it along with some permanent frustration.
Broke my mirror a year ago. We confirmed it on the video. If we could find the part it would have been ok with me but, they threw it in the trash. I called multiple times and left a message. Never call back. So I drive in to speak with them and they assure me they are taking care of it. It’s been over a year. Never a word from planet car wash to rectify anything
Horrible horrible horrible. Management= GARBAGE. Staff= GARBAGE. The place is dirty, everyone is rude… don’t waste your time coming here. I’d rather personally wash then take it to this disgusting establishment. Complete TRASH:)
