I’ve been a member at Planet Car Wash since the day they opened, and I honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews. People need to have realistic expectations. An express drive-through car wash isn’t designed to perform the same detailed cleaning as an expensive hand wash. If your car is covered in weeks of dirt, bugs, or mud, no automatic wash is going to make it look showroom perfect in one trip. Is there a reason why my car only gets scrubbed on one side and only the driver side panel. Get more help that actually do their job. Such a waste of money.
[Edit] 7/08/26 Joseph took care of this issue today by replacing the whole mirror. I have changed the rating appropriately. Thanks Joseph. Approx 3/7/25 Broke my mirror. We confirmed it on the video. Upon contact and contact I could not get them to fix it. If we could find the part it would have been ok with me but, they threw it in the trash. I called multiple times and left a message.
