Have had my membership for a while now and I think this place is great. In the summer they were passing out otter pops to kids and they give out dog treats to my dog. Of the five minutes it takes to go through the car wash and the 15 minutes of cleaning I do inside my car and a little bit of drying on the outside, it feels like a great deal to me.
