We worked with Ofer who designed a whole new cabinet setup for us for a full kitchen renovation. He came to measure multiple times to make sure everything was absolutely correct before we placed the order. When some parts came in damaged Ofer was all over it to make sure any and all replacements were perfect before being installed. I would 100% work with Planet Cabinets again. Our custom color turned out amazing and we’re so thrilled.
All of our experiences with Planet Cabinet were excellent. We walked into the showroom and were treated with care and attention. When I mentioned that I would be installing the cabinets myself and that I had ideas for layout, the staff didn't change their helpful attitude. From the beginning to end Ofer gave me the best customer service possible. Ofer was able to design a kitchen what my wife has been looking into. Ofer, compared to other people was not just behind a computer to design a kitchen. Ofer was patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy — he took the time to walk us through our options and helped us feel confident in our decisions.
