Don't waste your time getting an appointment with Dr. Berman! Today I had a what was scheduled as a free consultation because I have a misaligned bite as a result of a previous orthodontic treatment. My appointment was at 2pm and I spent one hour waiting until the doctor showed up at 3pm. I REPEAT... I WAITED ONE HOUR FOR DR. BERMAN TO SHOW UP! Boubon Orthodontics at the Niles location is "thee" environment you want to be in! The staff is amazing, very warm and family oriented. I'm always comfortable when I'm there.
