Taylor Campbell is the best worker of Planet Beauty! She always has a big smile on her face as she greets customers! You will never go unnoticed if she is working. Stellar customer service! Genuine and always answers my questions. If they don’t have what you’re looking for she provides alternatives or point you in the direction that does. There were two employees in the store. One girl with dark hair looks Hispanic was helpful and friendly. The other girl I have seen before on a prior visit a few weeks ago. She doesn’t greet me, yet follows me around the store. Has a kind of smirky look on her face. Very unprofessional and petty. She has bright red dyed hair and a very high-pitched voice.She definitely gives off a bad /racist vibe.
Corina was just amazing. I went there to find a every day make up and she was so sweet and really helped me to find the perfect make up. 5 stars costumer service to Corina!!!
