After a year membership and half hearted customer service I canceled my membership. By half hearted, the employees would be face timing their friends while helping customers. You have to pay 3 months of membership after canceling. I did this with no fuss. However, they are still charging my card and the owners won’t call me back. I’m now working with my bank to revoke their charges. Go to a different location.
My first time at Planet Beach. First thing I tried...Love the massage table.
I have been a member I would say about 6 months I've never had any problems with them the staff is so wonderful so sweet I really enjoy it's very much relaxing for me I join to go to the tanning bed and I go to the hydration bed and it's amazing how much you get relax from that I just love it
My fiancee and I just started tanning here about two weeks ago and we truly love it! So relaxing and everyone is very helpful! Thanks
