Super clean! The girls are incredibly sweet and cheerful. Not to mention their wonderful selection of product and prices are great!!
Called corporate office to ask a question about a product, and there is no way to connect to anyone directly unless you know their extension. Additionally, when I pressed *0 to see if I could get a live person, it stated they were on holiday hours for labor day (it is now nearly November).
SCAMMERS A friend of mine used my debit card at the Farmington, NM branch two years ago. They have been charging me $96 a month since. I cannot contact them by the number on the website to resolve the situation. You cannot talk to a real person in corporate. It's all electronic, email, etc. I have no receipts or acknowledgment of what I paid for. I came across the charges while looking at a bank statement from my accountant.
