I’m growing a little frustrated with the lack of consistency and communication. I’ve been around for a while as both a member and employee and in 2023 there have been a number of drafting issues that are frankly getting old. I called today to make appointments and was notified that mine and my mothers accounts weren’t current. That’s not inherently an issue for me since I only owed for this month. I used to go to Planet Beach back when I lived in Alaska. At the time I loved it but wasn't utilizing it enough. So I canceled it (even have proof of messaging the manager at the time that I was coming in to cancel). Within the next year (after not being charged at all because I had canceled the membership...) I moved out of state. Five years went by and all of a sudden this year I was charged $400. Immediately called them and was told that I need to call the owner over thee weekend. Hey y’all 5 for a class action law suite. Same thing happened to me in the same timeframe. Zero stars Fraudulently charged my bank account two years after I came in and signed the 30 day notice due to surgery and medication I could not use the equipment any longer. Owner used a stolen card to force visa charge the account police report filed. Refused to answer the phone. Do not use this place better off paying more somewhere else. If anyone has this issue police report is available. Eventually it will catch up to you.
