They show up and open whenever they feel like it, but never tell you that when you're signing up. Bill also stated contract is month to month, but it's really a 12-month and they will penalize you if you try to cancel after you figure out their game. BAIT and SWITCH!! BEWARE BEWARE of this business. Dues were taken out of my bank account 2 AND 3 months after having cancelled my membership. Owner refunded only half of money wrongly taken. UNBELIEVEABLE.
Treat Yourself!!! I discovered Planet Beaches on Westheimer in Feb., 2013. And I am so thankful I did. I go at least 3 times weekly and I love it. The staff is amazing! They are so warm and friendly (they know my name - which is a hard one) and they are amazing at multi-tasking. The ladies are most helpful in setting appointments around my work schedule. Loved the mystic! Very clean, nice spa! Love this place!! Nicest decor of any place I ve tanned...very clean! I used the hydration station then tanned and mystic tanned! Loved how soft my skin was and this mystic blows you dry while you re still in there... So no goof ups ... I try to mystic several times a month here in the summer... Looks very natural!
Unethical way of doing business!!! This is the WORST tanning salon I've ever been to and the owner KIM is extremely rude and is doing unethical sales practices. They lie to your face and only care about pushing you to buy into their crappy spa services and sell you their products. They are extremely over priced, and the few tanning beds they have are so dirty that I broke out into a severe skin rash. AWFUL Management I used to be a member at this location, and I tanned quite frequently and spent a large amount of money there over the past couple of years. I loved their services and would still be a member there to this day if it wasn't for their absolutely terrible customer service.
