Don’t ever go to this place!!! I cancelled my membership October 2020 due to health issues and they told me it would be 60 days or $99 so I chose 60 days. They went ahead and charged the $60 anyway and I have had no luck in getting a refund. Called and asked for the corporate office and they didn’t know it? What kind of customer service is this? Worst I’ve ever seen and worst manager as well, NEVER there!! Avoid this busy tat all costs!!!
Canceled account when they closed due to corona outbreak in the beginning. Not only did I have issues but 6 months later I Adam being charged $60 for an account that was closed b/c the lady who use to run it is no longer there. This place is scamming and will take your money no matter what the cost. BEWARE
RecommendedBrandi has the best customer service without missing a beat. I renewed my membership today with in minutes!! Wouldn’t tan anywhere else also the red light bed is a must for a tanning salon ask her about it’s a must have if you want to keep glowing skin and collagen!! This is my escape from wife/ mom life. Oh and make sure you end with a HydroMassage before getting back to a busy life!!
Love love love all the workers there! They got a new spray tan machine and I highly recommend everyone to try it! Everyone is so helpful and sweet! It’s a very welcoming environment that I enjoy every time I come in.!

Love the Hotworx workouts most of all. My second favorite is the massage bed. Live that you don't have to upgrade to Tan. All the beds are great. The staff is very friendly. They keep it all clean. I highly recommend. ❤ — with Mandy Davis Holderness at Planet Beach (Granbury, TX).
Went in and was welcomed by a friendly staff. Was helped right away by Chelsea and Brandi and they were able to show me everything and set me up to love a happier and healthier life.
