The service I received at this establishment was so terrible that I'm spending time to make sure others are aware of it. I don't normally write reviews unless they are good, but I am making an exception. I was left in a machine and told the person would be back in 20 minutes. In between treatments, I had to track down the person who was supposed to be helping me. Instead of doing her job, she was talking on the phone. Great tanning beds but awful staff. Put in their computer the wrong package when i bought my membership and then refused to change it when the mistake was caught. Pretty much scammed $150 from me.
Great Staff, Relaxing Spa – I have been a member since Oct. 2010 and the new management has made so many improvements to the spa. New services have been brought in and I LOVE them for it! I get great results from all their products and services. The staff is caring and professional. Best Staff ever...... – Love this place the director is the best woman.....she takes care of her store......takes care of clients answers questions or concerns....very smart with explaining the services....all the girls are trained with MANNERS love that about this place......they have my appointments just perfect....and clean the machines between each client take such GOOD care of me.....some people dont want to be on time or miss appointments and then want to have an attitude ......these ladies are very awesome in my book.... read more
Spray tan – I recently got a mystic tan because I was going on a cruise. It was great because I didn't have time to tan two months prior to my cruise. I got sprayed the day before I left and I looked beautiful on my cruise.
EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL – I HAD HEARD SOME NOT SO PLEASANT COMMENTS ABOUT PB WORKERS AND WAS HESITANT TO TRY IT OUT BUT I'M SO GLAD I DIDN'T LISTEN TO RUMORS. THE LADIES WERE REALLY SWEET AND HELPFUL. MY MOTHER AND I WERE BOTH TOTALLY INEXPERIENCED IN TANNING/SPA SERVICES AND ASKED SOME SEEMINGLY SILLY QUESTIONS, THEY DIDN'T HESITATE TO PUT US AT EASE AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD. I DEF RECOMMEND PLANET BEACH TO ANYONE LOOKING OR A NICE, CLEAN, RELAXING ENVIRONMENT.
Not getting my business – I was interested in their services, but they did not have a price list on their website... Who does that these days?? So, I called and as soon as I asked for prices, I was hung up on. I called back and when I asked for a price list, I got the third degree.." who is this calling?" is what she said. I would have expected something like, " great, I'll be glad to help you." but all I got was rudeness. I will never spend a penny at Planet Beach
Very Relaxing! – I am not sure why there are so many negative comments?!! I really enjoyed not only my 1st visit with them, I enjoyed all 3 of my groupon visits. The first day was a little crazy but only beacuse I was running late. They still were able to get me in my services and even gave me a complementary session. wouldn't go anywhere else – I've been tanning here for about 2 years. The beds are always clean and the staff is always polite. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
