BEWARE of this business. Dues were taken out of my bank account 2 AND 3 months after having cancelled my membership. Owner refunded only half of money wrongly taken. UNBELIEVEABLE.

I'm a spa member at this location. I love Gabby. She's my absolute favorite employee in this spa. If it wasn't for her, I'm not sure I'd have the utmost loyalty to use this particular site. She's the only person here I feel actually goes out of her way for every customer that walks in, and is completely honest with all of her sales and advice that are spa related. Today I went in to planet beach to see about all the services they offer/prices. The lady was very nice and gave me a tour of their facility. I had visited several tanning salons earlier that day and none of them compared to planet beach. I was able to get unlimited tanning, massages, facial for an AMAZING price. I'm looking forward to going back! Thank you planet beach.
