Very nice staff and a great to tan, spray tan, facials, Expert highlights & hair extensions!
They make you pay extra for what seems to be the main component of making these fat burning machines work, which is a body bag that retains your heat inside of the machines so it s basically like a little sauna in a bag. I went here for two months and they were conveniently sold out of the body bags and couldn t get more, the entire two months.... Wow!! im so glad i saw this review from chandra. I moved to Houston last year and joined this location around december 2011. I just recently canceled my membership and told them last month it was my last month payed the 50 dollars and i was out! had no problem there? The service was also very enjoyable and they made great recommadtions. It makes me mad that people can go on here and bash this place because they cant cant read the basic info on there membership. The services are worth every penny!!!
Great place to unwind!! With a membership you get unlimited use of all their equipment even tanning beds. Its nice to hop in to get a tan and be able to get a spa service, like a massage done if you want! How cool is that?? There is no other place quite like planet beach. The staffs really nice and helpful, ask any question they try their absolute best to be accomadating and answer any questions. I had purchased the Groupon for any 3 spa services and 3 samlple products. I chose to use the slimcapsule, Red light therapy and 1 tanning session. To start off the girl was very nice. However it never said I had to Purchase a Sauna suit for capsule. In fact I had no idea until the girl said " that will be $3.74." Then they were out of the oil that is supposed to be used for the capsule, which was one of the FREE samples. I got in the capsule and the vibration part was not working. I visited Houston from Wisconsin for my sister's birthday. We experienced the compilentary day of services which were fabulous. The ladies at the spa were very sweet making me feel pretty and on top of the world. The hydration station and the facial was my favorites. I am a 22 year old young man and never been to a spa before. I went for the first time with my mom for a massage and found that there were other men of all ages that were there to get facials and massages as well. I was a first time guest on Saturday 24th, at the Planet Beach on Westheimer. I think that might be there busiest day lol!! There were clients everywhere! They knew nearly everyones name though which was really neat. They were running back and forth but they knew where everyone was going so although on the outside it looked a bit chaotic everyone was very calm and relaxed.
