This place is EXCELLENT – I read these reviews, and I was a bit skeptical, but I figured I'd try this place out. I LOVED IT! Such a relaxing atmosphere. Very calm. The employees are great. How is this place still in Business?? – The staff is rude, obnoxious, and half the time busy texting or talking on the phone. They only have 1-2 beds that are actually worth using, and half the time there is a wait time because the staff isnt quick enough to clean the beds. The owner, Stacy, is an absolute horror. YUCK – rude staff, greedy staff, out of date beds. Do not waste your time!!! there are far better places to tan where they actually care about their customers.
Awful Place Awful Beds, No pride in ownership – This place is awful stay away... The beds are awful to begin with and the bulbs are rarely changed. They only want to get you wrapped into a monthly contract membership so when you realize your tan or lack of a tan is awful, you are stuck or they charge your credit card to cancel. The staff constantly hangs outside in the front smoking cigarettes or messing around on the internet and not taking care of the salon nor customers!!! Awful Experience!!
The Best – I am new to the area and have been looking for a place to tan. I found Planet Beach on google. I read some of the previous reviews and was a little apprehensive about going here but figured it was only one person out of several who did not reccommend them. Great Customer Service!! – I love this place! They are very clean and personable! The manager Nicole is VERY helpful with helping me get the best price for my money! They have the best prices for MYSTIC Spray Tan within 30+miles! They remember your names and really make you feel at home. I always get great color from their beds especially their platinum laydown! Great place to tan!!! my only complaint... its a smaller salon.. but thats why they take appointments! So call ahead!!!
Very Rude – Contracts were very difficult to deal with. Was pressured into one being quoted that they were easier, when in all actuality they are not! Was not treated with respect, and was lied to by manager, and staff. Owner was no help and did nothing to appease the situation. Do not go here if you are looking for godd customer service!!
Terrible Service! – Horrible customer service. I was lied to by the manager - Nicole - and told my account was downgraded and then charged the full amount the next month! Then she called me a liar and said I had never requested to change the account! Was never refunded the money. Owner was no help. Salon was messy and unorganized.
bad experience – felt overwhelming pressure to join custom built fitness program and have been lied to many times by company. From this experiance in the gym I am withdrawing my membership and telling others about this treatment.
