Not Impressed – Who charges $7 for a one time trial packet of tanning lotion. Planet Beach does. Are you kidding me...that's not a service, that's a DIS-service. First experience was wonderful with a woman that works on the weekends. She was helpful and took her time showing me tanning lotions, etc. Unfortunately the 2nd time I went there I was greeted by (or should I say, NOT greeted by) Chris. Worst Service – The male that answers the phone and works there in the afternoon (his name is Chris) is extremely rude and short with me! He is also ALWAYS rude and unpleasant when I go there to tan in the afternoons. It's like he's in a hurry to get you off the phone or get you out of his face so he can go back to singing along with the music at the salon. I will NEVER tan there again after my sessions are up.
