Very friendly and accomidating staff. The owner has alway been informative, helpful and always willing to help in any way. I've never had a bad experience and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have received nothing but disrespect, theft, and fraud from PLANET BEACH COVINGTON. the other locations were wonderful towards me. They opened my personal CLOSED BANK ACCNTS, and charged me. I had banks from 2 years ago calling me. Now they literally HARASS me from a HR holdings, threatening to take- me to small claims court. I HIGHLY recommend going to ANY other pb but covington. Money hungry scam of a place, and people who work there.
