The staff here is gross!!! They keep saying for us to email them and when we do, we don’t get responses but they have the audacity to say we’re not being respectful excuse me have you asked your other employees? They’ll tell you this kid treats us like crap
Only reason they get a 3 stars because the selection is phenomenal, but the problem is with this employee right here! He treats us like crap! The crazy thing is we have complained multiple people email corporate with no co operation from their end! Which is really sad because they have great quality products but it seems they hire rude staff to mess with the driver guest experience… Deff cant recommend planet 13 anymore…
No one seems to one to help us out with our problem with this staff member that treats us like we’re beneath him!!!
