I have been a patient of plans de tal arts for over 2 years.now. I was supper to be a patient of -0 months max. Ones dental arts has on multiple occasions ignored and passed off my dental care. I have never felt with a company who cared less about their patients. At this point I have been ignored and left out to the point I. Was going to get my dentures from them found out I was allergic to the numbing med put a deposit of $1,000 was told that it wD refundable been calling for over 3 weeks they have been avoiding my call no response to my phone calls, need to get my attorney on it, don't waste your time or money very poorly runed business.
Dr. Silvestrini is absolutely the dentist I’ve been waiting to find here in Port St. Lucie. I visited five dental offices in the area, and they were lacking in communication and service. The Planes staff has given me the level of service I was used to in Broward County. Thank you, Planes and Dr. Silvestrini — you guys are awesome.
I have not visited this office I am writing a review of Dr. Planes, the owner of this establishment. I was unfortunate enough to have recieved dental services from one of his mamy other dental businesses, Nona Dental Arts in Lake Nona. I got a multi thousand dollar permanent implant that had issues in about 9 months, which the office tepaired but then the entire implant fell out in the next 4 months.
