I Would Like To Share With You That My Experience With Planes Dental Has Exceeded All Expectations. Dr. Allen Was Exceptionally Professional And Courteous. There Was Zero Pain Throughout My Procedures. Dr. Allens Assistant Samantha Was Very Experienced, Courteous And Kept Me Totally Informed Throughout My Procedure Which Definitely Put Me At Ease. Destiny And Kim At The Front Desk Are Always Pleasant And Helpful With Scheduling And Billing. I Highly Recommend Planes Dental Practice In Tradition.
This office is completely unethical. They lie, they cancel appointments, and never even sent a claim to my insurance. I got A root canal on 10/30 and they never even finished it then they canceled two appointments five minutes before the scheduled time. It is now 1/19 and I have yet to have my tooth done. Even though they charged me $1785 back on October 30. They never even answer the phone. They are very scummy and play games. DO NOT GO!!!!! The dentist is never even there, no affiliation to the American dental association.
My son went there today and he was nervous about his appointment. Everyone was so kind and polite to him. He hasn't stopped praising how great he felt when he left. They were so kind, gentle, polite, and understanding. They get 5 stars from a satisfied patient
This isn’t a review about the office. The dental hygienists and assistants are top notch. The office staff are super knowledgeable with our insurance and filed appeals on my behalf; they went above and beyond to help me. Unfortunately, there is a dentist (older lady with bun) that works there that gave me the worst dental experience of my life. I went in to get 3 fillings done.
