Just as I began to get some confidence in Planes Dental, they let me down again. They gave me an appointment for November 5 to get my permanent implants installed. On that day they called me and canceled the appointment because my zirconia teeth arrived and were “broken “. Was told that I would be called in a week or week and a half to reschedule. This practice is listed on my insurance web site as being in my EPO, but when I tried to call for an appointment, I got "This is an unallocated number." I tried both numbers, 772-231-6004 and 772-918-9805. Makes me wonder if the office is permanently closed.
