Had high hopes for this place but my experience soon turned sour. I came in looking for flooring, had a great experience with Christine who was super helpful. Went home with sample floorings, and made my choice. I went back 3 days later to purchase my floors and return the samples, but Christine wasn't there. Instead I was standing around for longer than I should have, not one person acknowledged me. A "Hi, I'll be with you soon", would've been nice.
