Advisers were very professional and expert at their evaluation of the issue. Very qualified individuals skilled at their jobs.
So I tried everything I could on my own to get my a/c unit to work but I could not fix it on my own. I got a referral from a friend at work to call Plancaster. They (Rainy) were amazing to deal with right from the first call, to the quick same day service from Rocky - whom was just so great and explained everything he was doing right from the beginning to the end! My A/C went out on the hottest day of the year. Had a few other companies come quote me for a Combopack, (condo living), and when I contacted Plancasters, Rocky came out instantly and was such a pleasant guy to deal with. Everyone from Rocky, to Rainy and Joe in the office, to the guys that all came out to install my new purchase were the kindest, people I've ever dealt with.
