Bought my pool I think 8 years ago from this place. Love it! But, as liners do, mine developed a leak. We bought a new liner from this place now under different ownership. But now, they don't do the install, they have a subcontractor install it. And guess what? It had a hole in it! The cost of the liner was expensive as was expected, but if you buy something and . . . . .there is/was no warranty. So, what did I learn? After planning the pool down to the last detail for more than a YEAR, he literally walks away AT THE LAST MINUTE without having the decency and more importantly the DIGNITY to send me so much as a one-liner by text, (let alone a phone call), to tell me he's suddenly too busy... I've simply never seen business conducted this way. And I hope I never do again.
We got a quote from him (owner) and accepted. Then when it came to doing the job we said he was too busy w his daytime job . He told the builder . Not a word or text from him to us. We found out through the builder that he was too busy w his daytime job at the plant . We had to get new quotes and redo the budget which was already planned. This guy can easily destroy dreams without hesitation. Luckily we were able to pay an additional amount to the new pool company to get it done . Unprofessional.
