We purchased a tire from Plan B and it went FLAT that in less than 1 week of having it. Had the van towed to Plan B he replaced the tire for free with the warning IF it happens again we have to pay. Its now 2 weeks later and now the same tire is FLAT!!!! What GOOD is GOOD customer service if the product is bad!!
I wanted to keep my tire that he was taking off my car and give them a different tire to recycle � that I No longer needed because it fit my old car & then I would have the one taken off for emergency- in case of a blowout! The guy working said “I’ll have to charge you $2 for that!” I said - “What for?” I’m giving you 1 tire to recycle, not 2! Needed 4 used but nice tires all 4 tires 50-65% or more wear left on them, and Justin found them for me. Great service, awesome doing business with him, would recommend to anyone needing a tire or tires. Will do business again with them without a doubt.
Replacement tire mounted and balanced for 45 bucks. Tire is great. People were very nice. Will be going there agian in the future. Thanks.
